Named after the isiZulu word for the life-giving sun, Ilanga is a family-friendly lodge that is very welcoming of children. Built with views of a popular dam, it has three 2-bedroom cottages around a central communal area. The grounds are fenced to provide peace of mind to parents.

Ilanga Lodge comprises three standalone cottages with two bedrooms each, making for six bedrooms sleeping 12 guests in total. Bedrooms are not interleading but parents can request mattresses for little ones to sleep in their room. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and twin or double beds.

Your guide at Ilanga will conduct morning and afternoon game drives and birders should keep their binoculars handy. Stretch your legs with a guided nature walk to the Bushpig Lapa where you can enjoy bush meals and picnics.
