The safari lodge
Laluka is a family-run lodge that offers you an intimate and meaningful escape to the bush in the heart of Welgevonden, overlooking the Tshwene Valley.
Safari lovers will enjoy all the extras that are on tap, starting with a private hide and waterhole to a specialist game-drive vehicle kitted out for serious photographers. Add the on-site photographic studio, and chance to do nature walks and a night of fly-camping, and you’re sure to have unforgettable wildlife experiences.

Accommodation
Laluka boasts six fully equipped private villas, each with its own plunge pool, deck and lounge area. The en-suite bathrooms comprise an indoor tub with a view and both indoor and outdoor showers. The décor throughout is a tasteful and subtle coming together of natural tones of taupe and charcoal with natural materials like stone, wood and grass.
Mealtimes are especially memorable with organic ingredients from Laluka’s own gardens, beehives, butchery and cheesery using sheep’s and goat’s milk.

Safari experiences
Wildlife photographers of all levels will enjoy the spectacular opportunities that Laluka offers including a hide, waterhole and editing studio with a printer.
Morning and afternoon game drives give you the chance to see the Big 5 and spot over 300 bird species. Bush walks are also available to guests.
