The safari lodge

Surrounded by magnificent rocky outcrops, Tshwene is a secluded oasis in the rugged valley of the Taaibos River. Named after the chacma baboon, the lodge is a peaceful home-from-home where you can relax and take in the sights and sounds of the bush.

A secret gem is the honeymoon suite where you can enjoy your private Jacuzzi before a nightcap in front of the crackling fire. Tshwene Lodge is suitable for children aged 10 and older.

Tshwene Lodge comprises five spacious suites, all positioned for exhilarating views of the valley below and the hills beyond. Unwind in the comfort of a double room with both indoor and outdoor showers. From your private wooden deck, listen to calls of more than 350 species of birds or watch the African sun set the bush ablaze as it sinks over the horizon.
