The safari lodge
Metsi’s green credentials include being fully solar powered, tapping into pristine borehole water and embracing eco-friendly practices and products throughout the lodge. Peace of mind is provided by a subtle fence that still allows you to see the wildlife coming to drink.
There are two-bedroom and three-bedroom ‘houses’ attached to the main areas that can be taken on an exclusive-use basis for up to 10 guests.

Accommodation
All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and four have outdoor showers.
The three-bedroom unit offers one king-size bed in the main bedroom, two king-size beds in the second room, and two single beds that can be converted into a double in room three. The rooms are connected by interleading passages that make the configuration perfect when travelling with little ones. The two-bedroom unit offers two single beds in room one and a king-size bed in bedroom two.
Metsi Lodge is ‘semi self-catering’: you supply your ingredients and drinks, and the talented chefs will consult about menus before taking care of all the cooking.

04 — Activities
Safari experiences
Guests are invited to enjoy two daily game drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles. Special events like birding outings, yoga and photographic workshops can also be arranged.
